Does anyone know a possible point-of-contact to obtain a copy of the UrbanSim COIN training software (http://ict.usc.edu/projects/urbansim) that's being developed for the US Army?
I've emailed in a query to the folks at USC who have been working on it, but I suspect that it's FOUO, and I'll need to go through channels.
If anyone has any concrete leads (not vague ones--I can guess those myself :D), could they drop me a PM (or email me via my university email (http://www.mcgill.ca/politicalscience/faculty/brynen/))?
