Vanguard: Small Unit Actions in Afghanistan

The Combined Arms Center, Combat Studies Institute (CSI) came out with this book recently. The CSI does a chapter on eight small unit actions - each chapter is about 20 pages. I would be interested in discussing the actions, not to second guess the troops, but as a way to evaluate doctrine, training, weapons, etc. Here is the link:
