Rusi Journal, Post Industrial Training

First off does anyone here know why Defence Systems of the Rusi Journal has not published information since December 2012? I did attempt to contact the appropriate person for that section of the journal and received no response. Maybe someone at the SWJ has an answer.

Secondly, I'm looking for information regarding post industrial military training studies, reports, proposals, etc. Specifically focused on basic training (boot camp) and an evolution toward basic training academies where all are trained together and then tracked for management and non-management careers.

I am RUSI member. Not surprised at the gap in publication, methinks it reflects the contraction in sponsorship and advertising. Alas communication with members is not good.
