Anybody know when the Library will be up and running.

I recall various on-line discussions about this project, but IIRC the cost and value precluded an actual library being created.

If you use Advanced Search with library and go for threads you will see sixteen threads exist, some are on the debate, others refer to other libraries. You might find some help there, especially if you are looking for resources not an answer!;)

If it is something specific you seek, consider posting a RFI; they tend to get good feedback. SWC members may have the answer, or can point you to a better place.
