Here's a good example of effective and longer lasting use USG-provided Humanitarian Demining Funds, even for Americans abroad.
The original versions were in Estonian and Russian. Part of our organization's annual taskings include visits and classes to schools and UXO affected areas.
Although our taget audience is 7 - 15 year olds, many adults have commented, they had no idea this was still a problem. Guess it's never too late to learn :wry:
