I need a Spanish speaker to help me out here. I'm trying to find a 17 Sep 07 report discussing crime rates, impunity, and public opinion of the crime situation in Mexico. I know it is available in a pdf file somewhere on the website, but I can't read Spanish. I'd appreciate if someone could hook me up with a precise link to the document.
Here is the website:

There are six research centers within the Chamber of Deputies. The one that published the report is the Centro de Estudios Sociales y de Opinion Publica.
Thanks

Ted:
Are you looking for Seguridad Pública: tendencias predominantes en estudios de opinión (http://www3.diputados.gob.mx/camara/content/download/92061/264617/file/Seguridad%20publica.pdf)? It addresses public perception of crime and law enforcement, although its dated April 2007.
There's reporting of regional crime rates in this August 2006 report (http://archivos.diputados.gob.mx/Centros_Estudio/Cesop/Eje_tematico/seguridad%20publica.htm) too.
*still looking :D*

Thanks, Rex. That's an interesting report (I can't read Spanish, but the charts and bullet comments I can just about figure out); the one I'm looking for is from the specific date I mentioned: 17 Sep 07.
I want to get a look at the more detailed stats in the report itself, rather than reading English reporting about the report. I don't believe it states anything that isn't already available in other English language assessments - but the fact that it is put out by the MX government is part of the reason why I need to find it.

Yes, but it keeps telling him that his hovercraft is full of eels (ttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G6D1YI-41ao), in multiple languages (http://www.omniglot.com/language/phrases/hovercraft.htm).
