Thought some on this forum might be interested to see what USAID achieved in 2007 under the Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance program. The information is organized according to the State Departments F-Reform reporting structure. Given that programs and projects were designed before this came online, the existing results are sometimes awkwardly fit into this structure. Nevertheless, you get an idea of what's been done.
