I founded this institute quoted in http://www.opendemocracy.net/article/the-swish-report-13-part-one; It is not the first time and the reseach are always interesting, but I do not find any news about it. Who are they?

Whatever is going on with this project SWISH I have read Paul Rogers for many years and as time passes found he writes better - all too painfully for the conventional approach in foriegn policy, security policy etc.
