Hey folks, I am looking for a quote delivered by a US General Officer about Iraq. The quotes was a response to a question by a reporter when asked about the Phase IV operations. The General said something like this "I do not know what X is but that is what we are doing in Iraq" The X was either nation building or stability operations or something to that effect. Does anyone remember the exact quote and/or who said it?
