I was the primary researcher for the Army Research Institute (ARI) on this Peer-to-Peer Training Facilitator's Guide (http://www.dtic.mil/cgi-bin/GetTRDoc?AD=ADA502277&Location=U2&doc=GetTRDoc.pdf)., which I co-authored with ARI when I worked as a contractor for Northrop Grumman. I only recently learned it was published and wanted to post it here to share. I didn’t want to see it buried in DTIC. I think it will be a valuable resource at the small unit level, for people like lieutenants or squad leaders tasked with facilitating a video-teleconference (VTC), an online discussion, or a face-to-face knowledge exchange to collect TTPs. The hardcopy comes with a disc and an electronic copy of the guide, which may be ordered through the proper channels. The electronic copy of the guide contains hyperlinks within the text for easier navigation.

Let me know if you’ve used it and whether you found it beneficial by emailing me or posting a response here. Thanks!

And yes, I did post an introduction of myself in the Hail and Farewell thread.

If the link doesn't work, the DTIC Accession Number is ADA502277 for the Peer-to-Peer Training Facilitator's Guide (http://www.dtic.mil/cgi-bin/GetTRDoc?AD=ADA502277&Location=U2&doc=GetTRDoc.pdf).

Hi Michele,

Nice guide! I may end up using some of it in my classes; the material and ideas certainly cross the military - civilian divide ;).

Cheers,

Marc

Hi Michele,

I got the pdf with no problems. If you have a word version or soem other one that I could modify a bit, that would be fantastic.

Cheers,

Marc

Yes, the hardcopy comes with a CD, which has a Word format of the facilitator guide. The idea was for units to modify and use the guide to best meet their situation. I think the public can order a copy through NTIS.

Send me an email, and I'll forward the electronic copy of the guide to you.
