I am looking for more work along the lines of Felter, Berman and Shapiro's "Can Hearts and Minds be Bought" (http://www.nber.org/papers/w14606.pdf). I am researching the greed vs. grievance issue wrt insurgencies. I also wonder if anyone has access to CERP statistics for Afghanistan. Thanks in advance for help with this.
