Reactions mixed to gunner’s safety suit

Now THIS is ridiculous. All this does is make us look like cowards. They should just issue tanks to these MP units. I wonder if the Army will ever spend money on better training and tactics as the answer to the enemy; trust it's people instead of it's defense contractors. I'd love to see a soldier try to twist and maneuver quickly inside the turret while wearing this joke, or bail out of a burning HMMWV, or have his buddies try and pull his dead or unconscious body out. And the face shield IS good right up until it gets so scratched that you cant see out of it. A modified bomb suit. Unbelievable.
