What FM has FMI 3-07.22 superseded?

I'm writing a research paper on U.S. COIN-strategy and I need to know what COIN FM was in effect in the U.S. Army before FMI 3-07.22 superseded it in 2004 and whether I can find it online? I know that FM 3-24 superseded 1980 USMC COIN FM (MCWP 3-33.5) but what about the Army? Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

As I remember, it did not replace any FM. FM 90-8 was in effect both before and after and covered COIN, in part.
