Help with short (10 Question) survey on FM 3-24

Greetings and salutations to all. By way of a brief introduction, I'm an Assistant Professor at the Army's School of Advanced Military Studies at Ft. Leavenworth. My background is in poli-sci, but I mostly teach conceptual planning (design) at SAMS. And, yes, I'm happy to discuss the shortfalls and strengths of design. I only ask for civility!

On a more urgent note, I'm trying to gather some data on perceptions about the utility of FM 3-24. I'm especially interested in the last question, so if you don't have time, or the rest doesn't apply to you, a brief sentence or two on 10 would be invaluable.
