Hummmmmmmm.......Russian humanitarian medal for a convoy in 2014....the only Russian convoy's coming into Ukraine in 2014 were active duty Russian invasion forces....ALL so called aid convoy's have been largely resupply runs for the Russian military and or her mercenaries...virtually nothing for local civilians onboard and fuel for the armored vehicles...
