MCG 1997 Small Unit Tactics Collection

A couple weeks ago I came across a notice for a publication the Marine Corps Gazette put out in 1997 called "Reading on Small Unit Tactics", a spiral-bound collection of articles from the Gazette and Infantry magazine. I emailed the Gazette and they said they had no copies of it left, and no idea where to find it. I've got a few articles that I know were in the collection, but was hoping a SWC member has a copy and could let me know which articles to track down in the online archives.
