TACSOP/Battle Book/TAM Formats?

Anybody here on the sharp end of things familiar with the TACSOP, Battle Book, or TAM concept?

Our company recently did a couple of different covers for these designed for leaders from the squad/section level up through tactical company/battalion command type positions.
