USIP Paper on Sunni Insurgency

Folks,

Saw this paper this AM on the Intel Share site on AKO. It is a open source analysis of the Sunni Insurgency and it does a GREAT job of showing the complexity of the insurgency in simple terms.

I recommend the US Institute for Peace as a source to all. I had the priveleg of sitting on a "frontline" panel discussion with Ambassador David Rwason and 3 journalists on the 10th anniversary of the Rwandan Genocide.
