Khalilzad reads the "wrong" statement at the security council meeting, strongly condemning Sudan Govt. over recent aerial bombardment in Darfur. Of course, the Russian Ambassador is the first to point out this statement wasn't agreed to by other members. So, Khalilzad reads old statement urging all parties to end the violence.
