If you thought DOD got a "bad rap" for hiring Lincoln Group to place stories in the Iraqi media, get a look at FEMA's latest case of bad judgement: holding a press conference where FEMA employees posed as reporters, and no actual media personalities were present. Ouch!!!:confused:
