In a world far from ours a 14 year old during world war 2 forges his moms signature and ends up at Iwo Jima in the Marines. After action at Iwo Jima and jumping on a grenade to save his fellow Marines, mortally wounded, at the age of 17 he was the youngest congressional medal of honor winner in modern US history. After the war he followed through on a promise to his mom and finished 9th grade.
