Azor...if this video reflects the current moment in time Givi was one of the first Russian born Ukrainians to join the merry band of Girkin.....along with the Russian born Ukrainian Motorola.....many of those that first joined their merry band came from what we might call blue collar low paying jobs and understood how to turn their new positions into war lords with gangs not patriotic locally recruited and led militias fighting for the good of New Russia...
Take it back...they fought but only to line their own personal pockets and bank accounts....and as the fighting has gotten more intense and the UAF now is just as well armed and better trained and led..you notice that many like Givi no longer are found on the front lines...but in the rear doing their smuggling...drugs.... and extortion war against their own citizens....
This pro-rebel tribute video (in Russian) gives an idea of how much Givi mattered to the rebel cause ...BTW...no mention of his starting his work career as a store security guard....
