Poland's secret service seized explosives and firearms after raiding the home of a man linked to an Anders Breivik-inspired university lecturer charged with planning a massive attack on the Polish parliament.

Prompted by a conference this week on Lone Actor Terrorism (officialdom dislikes wolves incidentally) and a Polish speaker I wondered what happened to this suspect.

So the BBC in December 2015 reported that:

A Polish university lecturer has been sentenced to 13 years in jail for plotting to ram a car packed with explosives into parliament.Brunon Kwiecien, 48, was convicted of planning a terrorist attack, illegal weapons possession and inciting two students to carry out an attack.

Polish justice moves slowly, he was arrested three years before. A translated Wikipedia entry refers to a two year long trial, plus an ongoing appeal and that his associates were:

at least three agents of the Internal Security Agency and one secret service associate
