The European Commission considers "unacceptable" Moscow prepared a draft tripartite agreement on trade between the EU, Russia and Ukraine.

This is in reference to the EU Association Treaty with the Ukraine--Russian has tried to get into the conversation and dictate the final results in the treaty thus in effect controlling again what the Ukraine does--has been pushed back by the EC.
