Are there are any updates as to whether the Ukrainian Army has / has employed Javelin?

That would be an interesting development - would any of the Baltic states risk FMO/EULA processes and jeopardise their ability to tap into the US DoD-approved military arsenal by shifting weapons without the permission of Washington?

I also note that only Estonia and Lithuania have Javelin, with Latvia having the Israeli Spike (according to Jane's reporting).
