Always amazed when the Western leaders think a ceasefire is the same term in English that it is not in Russian---ceasefire is just another means in the Russian UW strategy nothing more nothing less---the term “ceasefire” is 20th century diplomacy and totally out of date in the 21st century definition.

Extremely interesting to watch as to when one of the western leaders calls out Russia on the problem of Debaltseve which remember Putin claimed would lay down their weapons and the town was hopelessly surrounded which proves to not be true again. Even when given direct Russian orders to take the town using Russian elite units—they still could not manage it.
