What is particulary catched my interest:

We are seeing the exact same Russian game--ground attacks and shellings used to take more Ukrainian territory, the Ukraine holding to a ceasefire, Russian troops and mercenaries not adhering to the heavy weapons withdrawal regime and not allowing freedom of movement for OSCE monitors, and then more diplomacy all the while never saying a single word that they are in fact in compliance with Minsk 2 and complaining it is all the Ukrainians fault.

The weather is vastly improving allowing for a potentially very early spring offensive that everyone knows is coming---everyone that is except the US/France/Germany.
