This is an interesting article as it indicates that in some aspects the Ukraine is shifting to a guerrilla warfare view---their SF units and SBU units have already shifted to guerrilla warfare.

They realize that the high loss of Russian troops in AFG was a deciding factor and are headed in the direction of causing another high loss rate that the Russian population will no tolerate.
In some aspects a good view of how to counter Russian hybrid warfare at the tactical level which NATO itself has not really thought through yet even though they claim they have.
