Seems that the latest Russian "aid" convoy had armed personnel accompanying it ---which is totally unusual from previous convoys.
The last aid convoy from Russia was allegedly shot at by unknown. Interesting. The convoy had fired back.

Here is OSCE getting into "trouble" again---seems they just cannot "tell" who is what and doing what to whom?
This convoy was photo tagged and videoed with several of the trucks "displaying" ie flying the Russian flag--but because there were no license plates and the soldiers were unmarked OSCE does not "know" who it was---does that sound strange? At least they could have reported the flag flying trucks as a mention in their report which they did not.

Now appears if the initial blog reports are correct that Russian wants their eastern Ukraine satellites back under Ukraine control --again just a number of different reports in two or three Moscow newspapers.

Could be if true for 2 or 3 reasons;
1. impact of the collapsing Russian economy and their inability to provide support to both eastern Ukraine and the Crimea
2. high loss of Russian military personnel and equipment
BUT this is more the likely reason---3. by attempting to have a "frozen front" Russia has realized that the unusually high number of radical right wing Russian fighters coming and going into eastern Ukraine WOULD have been fighting on actual Russian soil/territory ie not like in Moldova and or Georgia--but physically located inside Russia and that is a potential security problem for them if they take a dislike to how mother Russia has been treating them.
There has been some reporting that the Russian Army is having major problems in corralling in their "friends the mercenaries" and have had a large number of intertribal firefights with Russian troop losses.
It will interesting to see if more of this type of report comes out over the next few days.

RU AF on the move again today in large numbers in the Baltic---appears to be a mix of advanced fighter escorts and nuclear bombers--numbering around 8 on the move.
Radio enthusiasts in the Baltic have picked up the Tu-95s on inter plane VHF '128.0500'.
Finnish F-18 Hornets have been up to intercept the Tu-95s this morning.
Seems open source enthusiasts are just as good as he US NSA is and just as quick in picking up their movements.
