AND all those responses from western leaders who threatened more sanctions if things got worse and Russia did not implement Minsk 2.

WELL they are worse AND yet still no responses from Obama, Nuland, Kerry, Hollande and Merkel--why is that???

Simple--words to do not require any actions on their parts but sound nice for the 24 hour news cycle.

GRAD MLRS shellings are in full violation of Minsk 2 and yet not a single comment come from DC, Paris or Berlin.

They appear to be tone deaf to artillery and rocket shellings and blind to the killing of soldiers/civilians and the destruction of infrastructure.

That a war is ongoing in Central Europe in the 21st century is a testament to the failure of US/NATO/EU politicians.

They are definitely having some serious issues in trying to be "neutral" as is required.

An supposedly “withdrawn” T72B1 ---OSCE did not even recognize that it was from the Russian Army as the Ukraine does not have this model in their entire tank inventory.

Sometimes I wonder if Obama and his NSC seriously understand what it means when an entire civil society stands up and declares we are tired of corruption, oligarchs and Russia and want our own civil society based on the rule of law, good governance and transparency and we want to define our future--- not have another country define it for us.

Especially when this civil society has supported the Maidan and it's loses, has massively supported their Army and held one of the fairest elections in years of Ukrainian history. The Ukrainian Army is fighting so well now they have virtually stopped the Russian Army AND many to include Obama have repeatedly stated there is no military solution --but the UA needs ATMs--recently their fired 12 times using RPGs and AGLs to kill one tank.

Yet the UA has boxed in the Russian Army and her mercenaries into a 200 mile front and it has not grown much since Feb 2015--SO in effect there has been a military solution so they seem to be doing something right while growing the force from 6K in August 2014 to over 65K in 2015.

I know of no other country in the last 100 years that has passed major reforms in the middle of a war, has recreated and rebuild their Army all the while in continuous fighting now for over a year and who have been invaded by 700 tanks, 27K Russian mercenaries and 12K Russian troops and whose army gets shelled with 150 tons of munitions almost daily now and they are still very much in the fight.

Obama during the Ukraine PM visit openly stated the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Ukraine must be protected.

THEN we naturally have the 1994 Budapest Memorandum.

Look's like to me Obama can easily visit the Ukraine if he wanted to---the core question is --has he in fact --thrown the Ukraine under the bus--by not going the answer is YES even if he says nothing.

OCSE fails again--not sure exactly what they are good for outside of earning extra salaries via TDY.

Right after the intense shellings of Donetsk city they released their report stating the UA had started the shellings not the mercnearies and that the mercenaries were just retunrning fire.

Naturally jumped on by both Russian FM and her mercenaries as the "truth" and used as part of their propaganda about the shellings an killing of civilians.

Social media open source analysis had within minutes of the first volley of mortars that hit the center called it a "false flag" operation as at that point in the shellings absolutely no UA mortar was anywhere close to being able to reach that area.

THEN social media has now gone back and virtually proven it was a Russian led "false flag shelling attack" attempting to blame the UA.

SILENCE on the part of the OSCE to the reports--BTW the OSCE never did any crater analysis, video analysis and or went to the impact sites to determine if artillery and or mortar impacts--AND in the meantime the mercenaries had filled all the impacts on the roads.

OSCE confirms over 20K Russian uniformed personnel crossed back and forth into the Donbass from Russia in the period 1 Sept 2014 to 1 Jun 2015 AND the Russian FM and her mercenaries are now whinning...come on.....it is not as if the UA is actually invading the DNR--Mariupol is Ukrainian held not mercenary held and is not part of the Minsk 2 agreement in any form.

Ah...finally someone in the US “awakens to the Russian Bosnian model for the Ukraine”.

Core question –has Obama thrown the Ukraine under the bus with the Nuland driven unilateral appeasement with no reciprocal requirement on the part of Russia with the “special status” change to the Ukrainian Constitution SHOULD be the question the NYTs asks.

Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Alexander Hug claims he has met in person with representatives of Russia's Main Intelligence Directorate, or GRU, who have arrived in Donbas to perform "certain tasks," according to Ukrainian news service tsn.ua.

We have recently reported about the Vostok Battalion, which has crossed the Ukrainian-Russian border. We have reported about the location of a large arsenal of weapons in territory that is not controlled by the government. I have spoken in person with two members of the Russian GRU service, who have confirmed that they arrived in Ukraine from Russia," he told tsn.ua in an exclusive interview.

According to him, the GRU service confirmed they had brought "their own" people to perform "certain tasks."

Does Hug fully realize that the Russian Spetsnaz have currently two Brigades in the Ukraine and are constantly leading ground attacks and Spetsnaz does in fact work directly for the GRU????

MAYBE those they brought in for "special tasks" are in fact Spetsnaz.

Hate to say this but just how stupid can OSCE be.

Vostok BN is headed by the former Ukrainian SBU Alpha unit commander and is a major mercenary fighting unit--he is acting as if this is new information but in fact social media has been tracking Vostok from the very beginning--this commander actually just after the shot down of MH17 openly condemned the mercenaries for their shot down and then back tracked when he saw which way the wind was blowing out of Moscow.

MAYBE those they brought in for "special tasks" are in fact Spetsnaz.
