From the independent Russia media interview just release this captured Russian CPT of the Spetsnaz is indicating that the Ukrainians hold more than 20 Russia officer POWs evidently also from Spetsnaz and they are in fact abandoned as he has been by Russian.

He is also indicating that the Russian military hold Ukrainian POWs physically on Russian soil.
