Notice nothing about this is being discussed by the new Obama Syrian strategy...namely the Syrian Arab Army basically defending Assad and being supported by Putin is really just a Shia mercenary militia army.....

The USAF is bombing Daesh in Mare'a area - on the eastern side of Azaz corridor and in support of FSyA - since several days (five strikes on 15 and one on 16 January in total).
This F-15E (from 48th FW) passed by minutes after a Russian air strike on positions of the Suqour al-Jabal of the FSyA, which should've killed nine insurgents and enabled the YPG to capture four chepoints west of Azaz.
All of this happened after YPG fans reported that Oblabla ordered the YPG to stop attacking Azaz corridor. So, I guess, the crew was ordered to take a closer look (with help of LANTRIN pod) at what's going on on the ground.
