The interesting point is Putin has spoken a number of times about "engaging NATO"...is he attempting to provoke a NATO confrontation via Turkey as Obama has implied the US will not support Turkey under Article 5 if they engage into Syria....

As mentioned before, Daesh has one TOW-team and few rounds captured from one of FSyA groups they've overrun in Damascus area (apparently in Qalamoun range, on border to Lebanon), early last year.
This team was active in Palmyra area (against NDF) in summer last year, then against the YPG in Hasaka area, and is now active in eastern Aleppo province. It fired some 4-5 TOWs so far.
(Note: the 'JAN TOW-team' on attached illustration actually consisted of a BGM-71 set and few rounds captured from former Harakat Hazzm FSyA; this gunner subsequently fled from the JAN and re-joined the 13th Division; he scored a number of additional kills against regime in October and November, but was KIA in December 2015 while fighting for FSyA; ever since, JAN has no operational TOWs.)
