This week the Germany MSM outlet BILD released tightly held Russian documents depicting the extent of the Russian takeover of eastern Ukraine which now appears to be a full scale Russian annexation which flies in the face of Minsk 2 and the constant Russian statements they are fulfilling Minsk 2.

Evidence that the article was highly accurate was and still is the complete Russian no response to the article and just a tad of counter Russian troll activity as they seemed to not understand just how to respond.

Over the last day or two there has been indirect but direct confirmation of the article by some who are involved in the various Russian "Commissions".....
