UAF appears to deliberately be misleading on their daily wounded numbers....is it an attempt to placate the West by showing ..........".the ceasefire is largely holding so it looks like the West does not have to state Minsk 2 ceasefire has failed".....appears to be....not the first time for misleading numbers.....

Right now to state the shellings are intense is simply an understatement.......
