Especially after the last series of confirmation of the BUK being there in sat photos.....

It includes someone we believe filmed footage of the Buk missile launcher in Zuhres on July 17th, but now he says it was filmed earlier?

Now @MaxvanderWerff is claiming when he visited that location his neighbors said he was dead. So how can he be in this video?

What this may suggest is the person who filmed this video went missing, only to turn up a year later in this shady video

So could separatists have arrested this guy, then pulled him out for this video series in an attempt to debunk #MH17 evidence?

Putin stated in the article: "Do you think we will keep it as it is: our troops at 1,500 (kilometers, 900 miles) away?"

Unfortunately, he must not be a student of geography, or perhaps his orders to redeploy Russian forces east of the Urals before the impending NATO offensive was ignored...

More than one major Western Military District base is within 500 km of Finland, mainly due to the proximity of Saint Petersburg. I fail to see how Putin can militarize the district even more unless he camps 40,000 troops on Finland's borders as he did with Ukraine.

Regardless of the math, this is a threat one must take seriously, as Finland's non-aligned and Soviet-sensitive status was one of the perks of the Cold War. He may very well calculate that using force on Finland would bring back that status and discourage Sweden from forging closer ties to NATO. Finland is a key "buffer" for Russia, as much as Ukraine or Belarus is.

The recent across border attack by UAF near Debaltseve was a armored raid about four kms deep to destroy a major artillery and mortar base that was shelling the UAF...then they pulled back even though under Minsk 2 this is area is in fact Ukrainian not Russian controlled.

Raid destroyed virtually the entire Russian troop and mercenary base and it's artillery...

Any sources or more information on this? It would be the Donbas fight of the year so far and be the first major Ukrainian offensive since 2014.
