The Kurdish-led coalition seems to be trying to stretch #ISIS's ressources, by launching multiple offensives at the same time #Syria
For now progress has been slow, but this has generally proven to be the most effective tactic against #ISIS

Here is the interesting point....the Geneva meetings and the CoH do not discuss the "deconflicting of belligerents"....so in legal terms Russia would be committing war crimes for attacking groups fully covered under the CoH....ACTUALLY the US supports the Russian position and has threatened the FSA with surrender or die basically....

Fully agree but then the family learns he was killed in direct combat not "indirect fire".....especially when he was allegedly outside Raqqa where in theory YPG broke off their attacks a couple of days ago....so why the long delay??
