"Little green vacationers"....???? There was in this same timeframe of the Swedish Army decision a group of approximately 30 Russian "tourists" which was considered unusual for this time of year on the island.....

This week the 94th largest bank had it banking license pulled.....approximately one year ago it was predicted that out of the 300 or so Russian banks over 150 to about 200 would collapse within a year or so....Russian banking system is on track to be reduced to about 100 banks and that is a major financial disaster.........
YET Putin keeps on saying the "sanctions are not hurting"...they sure are when coupled with a very low oil price.....latest Russian budget was built on 60USD per barrel and we are at an average of 49USD.....
Russia is trying to make up for their shortfall by pumping the heck out of their oil and then taking virtually any price it can get on the global market but the more they pump....the less seems to come into their budget...appears a vast amount of the oil income is being funneled off to someone and or something other than the Russian National Bank.....
