US/France trying to pressure Ukraine into unilateral appeasement moves that their own civil society after two full years of war with Russia and the Russian annexation of Crimea will simply not accept....

AND this is critical ...Russia has to not fulfill a single point in Minsk 2 nor anything else WHILE Ukraine caves to Russian demands......

WHY does the US push this....they need a "legacy victory in Dec" for Obama....that simple....

EVEN After countless US statements aimed against Russia for not holding and implementing the Minsk 2 11 points...Russia still has not implemented a single point out of the 11....AS not even fully exchanged ALL prisoners are required within 14 days after the singing of Minsk 2.....

YET...Kerry, Nuland and Biden want Ukraine to cave to unilateral appeasement moves without a single reciprocal by Russia "WHO vaguely talks" about doing "something" in return..but totally undefined and not signed into a formal agreement of legal binding documents to the fact....
