Wanted to get initial information out-we understand that Grand Jury under auspices of FISA court has issued the sealed indictment.

This is referring to the very first FISA warrant issued to investigate the two email servers...one in Alfa Bank Moscow and one in Trump Tower...which then led to other FISA warrants on individuals who might have had any connections to Russian's or their black money...

This is exactly a clear and concise 96 word statement that both journalists wrote and then gone over by their two different sources prior to releasing it just to make sure their sources agreed with the statement.

Read exactly the words...do not try to interpret.....take the words at face value.

Reference the US non linear war being fought by some Americans..one has to wonder sometimes if it is possible to have a form of smiling fascism in the US...??

Trump has introduced the concept of "loyalty" to him as if we are back in the King Henry the 8th days.....EVEN Trump has forgotten that he gave an oath to defend the US Constitution and that all Federal employees have a similar oath but to also defend the Constitution from enemies domestic and foreign....

BTW that phase defend the Constitution from enemies domestic and foreign is not in the oath the US President takes.....

What is interesting is that this was a Russian tax fraud case where the US had solid evidence and was already going to court on it after long Russian delays....

THEN DoJ under the Trump AG Sessions settled suddenly for 6M USD instead of the 250M USDs they would have been able to win in a full court hearing....

WHY did they settle so suddenly with a set of Russian charged clients and why settle for a 244M USD loss to the US Government....AND a normal American charged with tax fraud would have gone to jail and lost all their assets...

Preet Bharara was the Federal Prosecutor handling this case AND suddenly he was fired by Trump and Sessions.....and no new Federal Prosecutors have been named to replace the fired 48....
