As expected, 'cease-fire, Russian style': good for Steinmeyer and similar dummies, who can now say, 'there's a cease-fire, and it's only a lil bit violated'...
BTW, the VKS was flying nearly two times as many sorties a day during the last few days of 2016, than the average for most of the year...
