My geography of Syria is limited. Is Tal Rifaat the Kurdish enclave in Aleppo city (which was defended by the YPG) or in the province?
I have a recollection that the enclave in Aleppo city remained Kurdish, but the YPG defenders left.
Presumably both the regime and YPG have exchanged their communities before.
