Russia is throwing everything they have into lifting the sanctions which actually are seriously hurting Russia....regardless of what Putin says...as long as they are in place Russian economic development is virtually ZERO right now....

As long as Russia is a two product economy oil and gas...they will never economically advance....THUS the heavy use of non linear warfare ie propaganda and hacking.

SO Russia is not getting involved in the internal German elections.....yes they are...just not only via hacking and fake news....
