    Bill Clinton eloquent on Europe, Germany, Kohl, the West. Reminder of what US presidents used to sound like.

    Well worth listening to when we see exactly how Trump acts today as a US President...how in this speech Clinton uses the words of "tear down"....NOTICE Clinton spoke complete sentences...Trump cannot...
