Trump's speech yesterday to specifically invited proTrump veterans....

"We will not allow the government to censor sermons," Trump tells veterans in D.C.

...ummm, that's not a thing that was happening.

    BUT WAIT.....

Trump wants to abolish the Johnson Amendment and let churches become super PACs:
    http://www.newsweek.com/house-republ...dment-630668#…

"As long as I'm president, no one is going to stop you* from practicing your faith," Trump tells veterans in D.C.
    *you = Christians

Next sentence: Trump says "radical Islamic terrorism" is the single greatest threat to religious liberty.

"We need to make sure people who enter this country share our values," Trump says 2 seconds later.

@realDonaldTrump should pay attention when he goes to Arlington. There are many different headstones representing varying religions and ethnic groups.

NY refuses to perpetuate the myth voter fraud played a role in our election. We will not comply with this Trump request.

    BUT WAIT.....

Not even Congress could empower Kobach to compel them: Printz v. U.S.(1997) forbids such federal commandeering of states.

Well worth reading this as Trump is being sued in Federal Court over exactly that topic by three different groups....

The White House is playing a game of chicken with the media

The president and his aides do not want to be the ones to pull the plug on press briefings. So the administration is making the situation so untenable that reporters just might stop covering them.

Russia's state TV: Perhaps Washington, using informal channels, is telling terrorists in Syria to fake chem attack, so Assad cld be targeted

AND the Trump FP towards Russia is again what exactly....

WAIT Trump is busy on twitter attacking US MSM....

Russia's state TV: Trump is targeting #Syria, based on fake info.
His only evidence in the past—fake photos brought in by sniveling Ivanka.

Little known fact that Trump voters have not really heard about.....

Trump received his first intel briefing about Russia hacking/meddling ON AUGUST 17, but he continued to DENY it throughout the election.

HAS the President of the Us finally and completely reverted to a true THREE year old...???

President Trump shared a video Sunday on Twitter of himself slamming WWE President Vince McMahon to the ground and punching him with the CNN logo superimposed over McMahon’s head, escalating his recent attacks aimed at the news media.

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-twe...145733032.html

The footage, taken from “WrestleMania 23” in 2007, shows Trump approaching McMahon outside of the ring, using a clothesline move to knock him down, and punching him in the head before turning to walk away. The altered clip mocking CNN recently appeared on a Reddit.com message board.
The president’s tweet included a pair of disparaging hashtags: “#FraudNewsCNN” and “#FNN.”
“It is a sad day when the president of the United States encourages violence against reporters,” the network said in a statement. “Clearly, [White House press secretary] Sarah Huckabee Sanders lied when she said the president had never done so.
The network added: “Instead of preparing for his overseas trip, his first meeting with Vladimir Putin, ‎dealing with North Korea and working on his health care bill, he is involved in juvenile behavior far below the dignity of his office. We will keep doing our jobs. He should start doing his.”
    Donald J. Trump

ON THIS DAY THESE EVENTS OCCURRED.......

On this day in 1776, Continental Congress resolves "these United Colonies are & of right ought to be Free & Independent States"

On this day in 1862, President Lincoln signs act granting land for state agricultural colleges.

On this day in 1890, Congress passes Sherman Antitrust Act, a landmark federal statute in U.S. antitrust law.

On this day in 1921, President Warren G. Harding signed a joint congressional resolution declaring the end of war with Germany.

On this day in 1964, President Lyndon B. Johnson signs Civil Rights Act & Voting Rights Act into law.

On this day in 2017, President Donald Trump posts a meme about his wrestling and CNN on Twitter.

AND this is the President of the US?????

Maybe actually just the President of a third world country

    Response from US Congressman...

    Ted Lieu

    @tedlieu
Dear dumb as a rock @realDonaldTrump: The news media LOVES that you use social media. It jacks up their ratings & helps Special Counsel.

As @dlippman has reported in the past, some news orgs have quietly been ramping up security over past year. Trump tweet is partly why.

@SHSanders45 3 days ago: "The President in no way form or fashion has ever promoted or encouraged violence."

Those of us journalists who live and work in Eastern Europe have a pretty good idea of where this is headed if it continues.

WELCOME to the new Trump world of dismantling US democracy and he is on the way of achieving this main goal in the name of Russian non linear war against the US...

"The speed with which we're recapitulating the decline and fall of Rome is impressive. What took Rome centuries we're achieving in months," tweeted Bill Kristol, a conservative commentator and editor-at-large of The Weekly Standard.

NOW Trump and his supporters are openly preaching "a social war".....

The head of the NRA said: "academic elites, political elites, and media elites. These are America’s greatest domestic threats"

BUT WAIT..I thought it was those "radical Islamic terrorists"....

    1. Mao bragged, "Emperor Shih Huang of the China Dynasty.. had buried alive 460 scholars only, but we have buried alive 46,000 scholars."

    2. The Khmer Rouge murdered anyone who wore eyeglasses on the assumption that they could read and were an intellectual

    3. Franco was violently anti-intellectual, which is why your favorite writers were all off fighting the Spanish civil war.

    4. The Night of the Long Batons where libraries were burnt, and academics ousted from housing ushered in Onganía's dictatorship in Argentina

    5. "When I hear the word culture I reach for my revolver." (By Nazi playwright Hanns Johst.)

    6. Lenin's regime began by exiling 220 prominent intellectuals on "philosopher's ships."

Russian TV still sympathetic to Donald Trump. Anchor Dmitry Kiselev says POTUS is suffering "ferocious pressure" & "unprecedented hounding".
