Slapout et al: Has there ever been an unclassified study geographically correlating demographics (Mexican migration patterns within the US) and the geographic spread in the use of (Mexican) black tar heroin? I had no success with Google. I ask because incidents of Mexican agricultural laborers involved in black tar distribution here in Hawaii County have me wondering whether this may be a more widespread phenomenon.
