    From August 2017 -

Neuroweapons place in a future war
“On the outside of the tank, several cameras have been installed that take pictures of the surroundings in all directions. The images are then processed in a computer program that filters out any non-essential components in the image. The images are then displayed at a very fast pace to a selected soldier. The images are displayed so fast that the soldier is unable to analyse them on a conscious level. Meanwhile, the soldier is wearing a ‘shower cap’ with electrodes that sense the electrical currents flowing in different parts of the brain. Recognition – when the brain reacts to something the soldier finds familiar – generates specific neurological patterns which are detected by the computer program. When such a pattern is registered, the image that caused it is once again displayed to the soldier who, on a subconscious level, recognised a potential threat.”

Oh look, they chose a MOUT setting to illustrate their point. What a coinky-dink.

WASHINGTON — The mother of a U.S. diplomat who fell ill after suspected "health attacks" in China is speaking out, sharing her family's harrowing story publicly in hopes of raising awareness about the potential danger facing American diplomats and other workers around the world.

Laura Hughes, an Air Force veteran, says her daughter Catherine Werner is struggling with the effects of traumatic brain injury after experiencing strange sounds and sensations at her apartment in Guangzhou, where Werner was a foreign trade officer until being medevaced out earlier this year.

She's calling on the State Department to do more to solve the mystery that has eluded investigators since U.S. diplomats and spies starting getting sick in Cuba in late 2016.

"I do not believe that our military, our diplomats around the world or here at home are safe," Hughes says in an interview with NBC News Chief Foreign Affairs Correspondent Andrea Mitchell. "Because this this weapon system is creating havoc."

    "Crickets". Alrighty then

The mysterious high-pitched buzzing sound associated with suspected "sonic attacks" on U.S. diplomats in Cuba may have actually been caused by crickets, according to a report published Friday in a biology journal.

The strange incidents began in late 2016 when U.S. embassy personnel began seeking medical care for hearing loss and ear-ringing that was eventually linked to weird noises or vibrations — circumstances that initially led investigators to suspect the diplomats were victims of malicious "sonic attacks."

    From January 30th

(CNN)Canada has confirmed a 14th case of unusual health symptoms experienced by diplomatic staff in Havana, Cuba.

In a statement, the Canadian government acknowledged the case, and announced that diplomatic staff in Cuba would be halved. The number of diplomats at the Canadian embassy in Cuba will now be reduced from 16 to eight, according to a Canadian government official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak publicly.

Curious feature of these incidents is that so far only Canada and the USA have publicly reported their effects. So if the cause are Crickets why are they so selective?
