Actually, I'd attribute it more to the sheer volume of "stuff" on SWC, as well as the benighted nature of most of the guys on here when it comes to the "important stuff".

Because, while they are consumed with thoughts about fighting "Small Wars", everyone who has seen the permit KNOWS that the planet "Dirt" is scheduled for destruction in order to construct an intergalactic bypass.

And all this discussion is for nothing.

Jeez...now I know where they got the SAMS entrance exam from!

It might just be that the majority of the readers really do not want to hear Vogon poetry.

Vogons may be long lost relatives of Red Lectroids.
Rather than try to explain, I suggest that you pay attention to Douglas Adams' 4 volume trilogy, The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. Alternatively you can watch the video--I suggest the original 1981 BBC TV serialization over the 2005 movie version.

    Default Logical Response

    Tom,

I think it would be timely and appropriate to utilize an ad hominem response in this instance.

I have decided to just consider "poor Tom" an improvement over "cruel Tom" or "Colonel Doom" as a now departed comrade whom Stan aslo knew called me...

    Besides it beats "rehabilitaion"
