I am about to inherit a degree of custodianship over one of these gentlemen, and I already have the sneaking suspicion that no one within my future unit has a solid plan for his employment in support of the commander.

Right now he is assisting the maneuver elements with detainee training/considerations to a small degree, but I'm curious just how much more could be done to ensure he is a positive enabler once deployment comes around.

Can anyone point me to the scope of work for this contract, so that I can make myself smarter on the program and in turn make everyone else smarter as well?
