Default 12 Dec 08 Forensic Workshop for Social Scientists

    Forensic Workshop for Social Scientists
NIJ invites social scientists to a one-day workshop to learn more about contributing to the burgeoning world of forensic research. The workshop will explore current and future research and evaluation projects, data sources and field experiments in social science as it relates to forensic science.

    Topics will include:

    • Current research projects funded by NIJ

    • Ways social science and forensic science researchers can collaborate

    • Potential topics of investigation and sources of data

NIJ hopes the workshop will encourage further dialogue between NIJ and members of the social science and forensic science communities.

Default You Know it'll be soooo nice

When I grow up and get credentiated(hopefully) enough to get to go hang out with the big boys and girls.

Sigh Till then I guess I'll just continue to wish them the best and hope we don't run into a situation where the solutions create more problems then they solve

Very interesting. Spouse and I share academic advisor who a member of the Academy of Forensic Sciences and a social scientist. Sent it to him. I'm more of an anti-social scientist.
